The Soul of the City, L3C is an organization that uses it's leased facilities and lands to promote it's passion to help others beat the streets.

 Through Ruth House (Westwego/Avondale) and Gentilly House (New Orleans), The Soul of The City, L3C provides a temporary affordable housing option for males. Men who are working toward living independently or in search of affordable living to end the cycle of homelessness.

 The Homes provide safe and secure living environments, in family-oriented neighborhoods. The Soul of the City's highly effective program works. It recognizes that one of the most important elements to help individuals achieve change in their circumstances is to promote self-sufficiency in all phases of their transformation and to build on the desire to gain independence.
